Das Studio ist für seine Grösse sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Skiraum, Heizung für Skischuhe und Davoserschlitten, die vom Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellt werden, befinden sich direkt im Haus. Super ist auch die Nähe zur Talstation der Weisshornbahn (1 Gehminute). Unser Fazit: Das Studio ist für Skiferien zu zweit perfekt. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an die Gastgeber, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Yes, we pride ourselves in going out of our way to make our guests feel welcome and we are very pleased that you will be returning next winter. We couldn't agree more with your remark that the studio is not only very nicely furnished and very practical, but also perfect for a skiing holiday for 2 people.

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in Haus Thöny. The apartment was nice, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had indeed everything we needed, including some food-stuffs, dishwasher, fondue pot, raclette grill, etc. The apartment is well thought out, so a it fits a family of four perfectly, but there is room for six. Plus a living-room! The owners were really nice, friendly and helpful. They met us at the train station, helped carry our bags and provided us with friendly help and advice throughout the week. The location is truly excellent. The train station is within short walking distance and there are two main lifts, just outside the windows. I can definitely recommend Haus Thöny to anyone going skiing in Arosa. Very good for families.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist do nahe am Sessellift und der Piste, dass wir zu Hause Mittag gegessen haben und dies schneller und bequemer als in einer Skihütte. Die Kinder konnten selbstständig von der Skischule zum Ferienhaus fahren. Trotz der Nähe zum Lift ist es sehr ruhig und hat Platz für die Kids um draussen im Tiefschnee zu spielen. Wir saren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus und haben für 2016 haben bereits wieder reserviert.

Thank you Sven for highlighting the family-friendly location of our house right next to the chairtlft and home run enabling the family to have lunch together at home and the kids to sk back from the skiing school on their own.

Alle Erwartungen werden erfüllt :-) Ein sehr familienfreundliches Domizil, vielseitig ausgestattet. Vom Schlitten mit Kindersitz bis zur Fonduepfanne alles da, vielen Dank! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, leicht erhört und deshalb ruhig, zwischen Sessellift und der Talstation der Weisshornbahn direkt oberhalb des Bahnhofs. In 5 Minuten ist man im Aroser Zentrum und schnell überall, wo und was Arosa alles zu bieten hat. Wir geniessen die Wohnung seit vielen Jahren und auch im 2016 wieder. Wir freuen uns!!!

Since 10 years we (2 adults + 2 kids + 1 grandmother) spend our winter holidays in Arosa respectively in this apartment. the house owners are very nice and friendly people. this flat harmonises functional living. a generous equipment, the perfect cleanness and the absolutely central location amazes uns every time new. highly recommendable.My Response

Out of all the possible options for rental, we chose to stay at Haus Thöny because of the prime location, yet there was so much more to this chalet than that. After enquiring about renting the property the owner emailed us a detailed and extremely helpful selection of photos of the chalet as well as a lot of useful information re. train times getting to and from Arosa and the airport. On arrival the property absolutely lived up to expectations and more, neat and spotlessly clean, an extraordinarily well-stocked kitchen with teabags/olive oil/salt etc, as well as washing up liquid, bin bags, loo roll (all the sort of things you don't want to have to worry about buying on holiday and usually have to). Lovely comfy beds, a great cosy atmosphere for the six of us staying. Great shower! The couple running the Chalet are really helpful and wonderful people - as we arrived too late to go shopping our first night the owners bought some pasta and milk to tide us over which was so thoughtful. Their generosity really made the trip stand out. Definitely recommended, we will certainly be back.

Haus Thöny is perfectly placed between two skilifts, close to ski home run, sport shop, groceries shop. In the appartement you find a well equipped kitchen, lots of storage space, games and generally everything you need. The only downside for us was that there was no WiFi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.
