Final payment: One month before rental begins.

Withdrawal terms:
60 days befor rental begins: 50% of the costs of apartment
30 days befor rental begins: 80% of the costs of apartment
14 days befor rental begins: 100% of the costs of apartment
No charge if the apartment can be re-let

House rules:  Non-smoking apartments. Sorry no pets
                      The kitchens are not suited for kosher rules.
                      No open fire such as gas cookers allowed and
                      all lights and electrical appliances have to be
                      switched off when not in use.
