House rules: Non-smoking apartments. Sorry no pets
The kitchens are not suited for kosher rules.
No open fire such as gas cookers allowed and
all lights and electrical appliances have to be
switched off when not in use.
Tourist tax Winter: included in rates
Tourist tax Summer: with Arosa Card (All-inclusive leisure
package) included in rates
Bed linen and towels: CHF 30 per person per week.
Final cleaning:
- CHF 100 for ground floor apartment
- CHF 150 for second floor apartment
- CHF 60 for second floor studio
The apartments are to be handed over in an orderly manner. The cleaning of cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, cooking, equipment and oven are not included in the final cleaning
